Terms of Service

These terms are a contract between you and Rival Ducks ("we", "us") for the use of rivalducks.com and everything under it: Radar, Asset Blox, the Rival Ducks account, the RSS feeds and the embeddable cards. By using any of them you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your data.

We are not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by Roblox Corporation. "Roblox" and related marks belong to Roblox Corporation.

Radar tracks public statistics about Roblox experiences and presents them as charts, rankings, trends and reports. Radar is free for everyone — every chart, every page, the full history — and there is no paid tier that gates any of it. Rival Ducks funds it; our only paid offering is licensed access to the underlying data for businesses, agreed separately (see Data and accuracy).

Asset Blox generates game art — icons, thumbnails, character concepts — inside workspaces you create or are invited to. Each workspace has a generation budget set by its owner; when it is spent, generation pauses until it is raised.

We improve, change and occasionally retire features. If a change removes something you rely on, we will say so on the site first.

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
• You sign in through Discord, Google, GitHub, X or Roblox. Keeping that provider account secure is your responsibility; anything done through your Rival Ducks account is treated as done by you.
• One person, one account. Do not share it or create accounts for others.
• You may delete your account at any time from your account page. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

You agree not to:

• scrape, crawl or bulk-download Radar's data, or work around the rate limits that protect the site — the RSS feeds, embeddable cards and per-table CSV exports exist precisely so you do not have to;
• resell, sublicense or redistribute Radar's dataset, or use it to build a competing data service, without a written data licence from us;
• probe, overload or interfere with the service, or attempt to access accounts, data or systems that are not yours;
• use Asset Blox to produce content that is illegal, that infringes someone else's rights, that sexualises minors, or that is intended to harass or deceive;
• misrepresent Rival Ducks as the source of data you have altered, or strip attribution from embedded cards and feeds.

Personal, editorial, academic and community use of the data — citing a number, sharing a chart, writing about a trend — is welcome. Give Rival Ducks a mention.

Radar's figures are collected continuously from Roblox's public APIs and charts. We work hard to keep them accurate and complete, but they can be delayed, incomplete or wrong — Roblox changes its services without notice, and a polling system by nature has gaps. We provide the data as is, with no warranty of accuracy, and you should not make decisions that could cost you money on Radar's numbers alone.

Where Radar shows a derived or modelled figure, it is labelled as such — "estimate", "derived", "index". Roblox's own published numbers are shown with their sources.

Enterprise data access. Programmatic or commercial use of the dataset is available under a separate written agreement. Write to [email protected].

• Uploads. You keep every right to the reference images and other material you upload. You give us the limited licence needed to store, process and display them for you and your workspace, and to send them to our generation provider on your instruction. You confirm you have the rights to upload them.
• Generated assets. To the extent we hold any rights in the icons, thumbnails and concepts generated for you, we assign them to you. Whether AI-generated images attract copyright at all varies by country, and our generation provider's own terms also apply to its outputs — check both before relying on exclusivity.
• Responsibility. You decide how generated assets are used and you are responsible for that use, including compliance with Roblox's rules when you publish them there.
• Removal. We may remove content that breaks these terms or the law, and we will tell the workspace owner when we do.

You may embed Radar's live cards and link to or subscribe to its feeds on any website or app, free of charge, as long as the card is shown as we serve it, with its Rival Ducks attribution, and is not used to mislead. We may change the cards' appearance or stop serving them.

Radar's alerts are sent to the Discord webhook or generic webhook URL you provide. We deliver them on a best-effort basis: data delays, Roblox outages or your endpoint being unavailable can delay or drop an alert, and you should not rely on alerts for anything time-critical. You are responsible for the endpoints you configure and for what they do with the payload.

Rival Ducks, Radar, Asset Blox, the duck mark and the site's design and software are owned by us. The way Radar's data is selected, arranged and presented is our work. The underlying public facts — how many people are playing a game — are not owned by anyone, and Roblox's names, icons and trademarks remain Roblox Corporation's.

The services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, availability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Rival Ducks is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, lost profits, lost data or business interruption arising from the services, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim — which, for Radar, is nothing. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You can stop using the services and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, if the law requires it, or if we discontinue a service; where reasonable we will warn you first. Sections that by their nature should survive — your content rights, our disclaimers, governing law — survive termination.

These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and the courts of İstanbul have jurisdiction, without affecting any protection you have as a consumer under the mandatory law of the country where you live.

We may update these terms; the effective date at the top changes when we do. For material changes we will post a notice on the site before they take effect. Continuing to use the services after that means you accept the new terms.
