Building 1 is a warehouse-style strip mall, featuring an industrial-inspired design with large unit spaces and exposed structural elements. At its center is a large open-air courtyard, serving as the primary focal point of the structure. This building is equipped with three OTIS hydraulic elevators, originally installed in 1998 and modernized in 2008. One of these serves as a dedicated service elevator and underwent an additional modernization in 2018. The building is currently completely vacant, with no active tenants. Building 2 follows a more traditional strip mall design, with a standard retail layout and smaller storefront units. It is equipped with three OTIS hydraulic elevators, all originally installed in 2000. Two serve as passenger elevators for public access, while the third is a dedicated freight elevator originally installed in 2000 and modernized in 2015 to support service and loading operations. The building is also currently vacant.
