[DUSTDUST?] utst rework test place

Note: So like.. ive noticed tons of new people joining and spamming chars and switching to the next. Id like to point out that some chars have second lives or phases. Just kinda wanted to put it out there cuz spamming the char and then switching to a next char isnt really testing at that char, its also not good for counting total damage from all moves. This is a TEST PLACE. The actual game is NOT out yet. And there will a dedicated credits option in the menu for stuff that need credits to be used.
