Scp Costume Man

Costume man : The first reports came from office buildings after closing hours. Security cameras show a man in a perfectly clean blue suit standing motionless in the hallways. He doesn’t really walk… he appears from one place to another between frames. Employees say they sometimes see him inside elevators, always facing the corner. When spoken to, he never responds immediately. He waits. Then slowly turns around. His face is blurred, as if the camera cannot properly record it. People who look at him too long begin to forget their own names. One audio recording captured a single sentence: “I am here to ensure everything is in order.” After that, building systems begin shutting down one by one. The last known report describes a security officer attempting to detain him. The officer’s uniform was later found neatly folded on a chair. Costume Man was gone. But on the surveillance monitor… he was now the one watching.
