About & history
Our journey begins 2500 km above the surface of the sun. A hot layer of ionized gas extends millions of kilometers into space. It’s called the Solar Corona. It gives off just 1 millionth as much light, usually hidden, only visible during an eclipse. When you are eclipsed, your own traces remain. Memories, messages, small appearances in other people’s lives. Things that continue without you. Knowledge depends on what can be observed and what can be kept. Outside our solar system, even light arrives late. What is seen is not current. Much cannot be directly observed. The same applies on Earth. Most of history was never recorded. Even now, not everything is stored, and not everything lasts. The future will follow the same limits. What will be known depends on what remains. The Last Things We Know.
