Scp 173

SCP-173 is a strange statue made of concrete and metal, painted with red markings on its face. At first it looks completely harmless and motionless. The SCP Foundation discovered it after several mysterious deaths in an abandoned facility. Scientists quickly learned one horrifying rule: Never blink. As long as someone keeps eye contact with SCP-173, it cannot move. But the moment every person blinks or looks away, it moves at incredible speed and instantly kills its victim by snapping their neck.
