Somerset Commons 2024

Somerset Commons opened in 1971 with two anchor stores. The first anchor was W. T. Grant (Grants), which was later replaced by Penn Traffic. The store subsequently became Hess's and was eventually converted into a Tractor Supply Company location. The second anchor was originally Riverside, which later became Save A Lot; in 2025 it was replaced by Marshalls. As of 2026, the center's anchor stores are Marshalls and Tractor Supply Company. Over the years, the mall also had several inline tenants and additional stores, including On Cue, a music and entertainment store that closed in the 2000s and is now occupied by a Chinese restaurant. In another part of the center, the space currently occupied by Fastenal was previously a Sears location. There was also a store known as Merchant Village, which operated at some point in the mall’s history.
