No chances what-so-ever. lawl science: In reality you cannot really escape a meltdown of a nuclear reactor that is especially unstable, I mean really, if it's a "top-secret" facility then why is it very unstable? (but hey that's part of the plot i guess) A facility with that much investment and especially power, you would think it would be heavily protected instead of the opposite.
