Everwait (tier 3 obby)

This obby is Tier 3 . The "Tier" system determines the difficulty of an obby using a number. A Tier 2 obby is twice as hard as a Tier 1 obby, therefore a Tier 3 obby is 4x times harder than a Tier 1 obby, but only twice as hard as a Tier 2 obby. This obby was made after Echoes of ice, Lumenwake and Distant Wings.
