Panem Prevails | The Tribute Campgrounds

The place where tributes are held up until the games. This old campground was previously used to house rebels during The Dark Days. Under Dr. Volumnia Gaul's orders, this place was cleaned up enough that tributes could reside and be kept healthy until the day of the games, when they would be transported to a private arena to fight until one remained.
