Run its politics, build its industry, draw its borders wider than they should be. What you do: National focus trees. Hand written alt history paths. Restore a monarchy, drift left or right, form a faction, start a civil war Real divisions. Org and Strength, terrain, rivers, supply, encirclements. Break a line and it stays broken Industry. Civilian factories build, Military factories produce, and you never have enough of either Diplomacy. Justify wars, guarantee small states, call in your faction, argue over the map at the peace conference Play together.
