Simply type a prompt and using Roblox's Cube3D model generator you can convert the resulting mesh into a hat or jacket. The accessory can even be purchased and permanently added to your inventory for use in any experience. It is not recommended to upload any accessories that are not clearly identifable as their uploaded accessory catagory. More catagories may be added later. Any uploaded accessory can be removed at the discretion of Roblox. Accessories CANNOT be sold to other players after purchase. They are for your own use only. Roblox simply doesn't let you sell them.
