Sonic.EXE: The Disaster 1.4

hello this is a remake of 1.4 and not a complete version yet. here are update logs: halloween update has been added in with halloween costumes kind and fair ost changed for the update with recolored parts in it. lobby was changed a little i added some spike things on the ceiling and made the lobby have a rain sfx and not a wind sfx so it sounds like its raining outside. the games progress is 42% done and isnt gonna be fully the same as td eclipse or outlaiks 1.4. pls follow the rules and have fun.
