Arkham City is a huge walled of section of Gotham where all dangerous prisoners are held.Bruce Wayne is in the middle of protesting to close Arkham City when he is attacked by TYGER Guards. Wayne is dragged and thrown into Arkham City. He is then confront by Proffesor #### ####### the man in charge of running Arkham City. Strange knows that Bruce is Batman
