[USM] Joint Training Base, Phoenix This Joint Training Base Serves as a multitude of things, and is acquitted with equipment for all branches and training purposes, and is a base where branch wide BMT's can be hosted. [RULES] Follow Orders and don't act stupid or else an admin may intervene, or other punishments may be acquitted to a certain person.
