Gradnock "The Great" - Sand Planet

Data Entry #24: Gradnock is a planet almost completely covered in sand. There resides only one small ocean on the South equator of the planet. The planet is four times the size of Earth but has normal Earth gravity. The planet can reach temperatures of up to 114 degrees Fahrenheit during the days, and 88 degrees Fahrenheit during the nights. There are very few animals that live on Gradnock. The most notable native species are the massive sand snakes known as the Arenaboa. The Arenaboa are about the size of a Human house and feed on small creatures that hide in the sand. However, be careful, these sand snakes are capable of leaping out of the sand and snatch smaller creatures. Gradnock gets its name from a mysterious old man, of the same name, that was found there. p.s. This is a second, more refined version of Grandnock
