In 1975 a plauge infected it's first human, it targeted the brain, and make the victem zombie like. The plauge spread quickly, by 2000 6000 people was infected. 13 years later, scientists found a cure and managed to cure 2000. In 2016, the plauge became so over whelming the doctors couldn't keep up. By 2018 about 20,000,000 are infected.
