It's primary use is for research and containment of SCPs. After a major containment breach on [DATA EXPUNGED], GOC was sent in to construct an outpost near the Site borders in the event of another GOI attack. The Site is still being expanded due to the massive budget of the project. After a series of pictures of the Site'# main gate taken from the overpass through the valley went viral, The Foundation was forced to destroy any visible structures that could be seen from the overpass. Soon after, the highway was shut down due to "structural damage" and the Foundation now uses it to transfer in new D-Class and supplies for the ever growing facility.
