During an Invasion on Azuremyst, a Cardinal gave orders to a squad of Mesmorians to head to Apical Peaks west of the Fortification to give word about the uprising of more Invaders to the South. In the end, only one member from the squad Saron survived the journey. The Council decided to rename the new Fortress after the squad that helped stop the Invaders from overrunning the frontline of the Mesmorian conquest.
