About & history
Highlan county is the 2nd largest county project created by theaolguy. This project started in 2014 and was receiving alot of major updates until 2015 (When lee county replaces it.). Upon lee county's creation, many people requested to show the old one which was eventually ended up being called "Highlan county". This project received a major decline as to 2016 and it was leaked in 2018 for a few days. Now this game is open for anyone who want to see the old games i have out there. More like these are coming soon! PLEASE NOTE: the siren doesn't work anymore and there's no plans on making them operational again.
