Find them all and you can try to find all the secrets and explore the rooms you haven't before. Or just get killed by all the killers at least once. And just a heads up before you play the game blindly (WARNING: I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY HEART ATTACKS THAT YOU CAN PROBABLY GET FROM HOW SPOOKY THIS GAME IS!) and if you're my friend.
