What makes Christianity different from every other vain hope in this world? Christianity is not about what you do, but what Christ has already done for you. No matter how 'good' you are, you cannot enter heaven, because one wrong action corrupts you. However, Jesus Christ died in your place. By death, I refer to the physical death of the cross, but I also mean that He bore your sin and delivered it unimaginably far away. If you believe in Him, you are cleansed. You put to death your evil actions, you are saved. You can find books containing lessons in the world, or at the podium.
