Hello this is F3X! You are welcome to build anything if it is under the rules! (This means nothing OFFENSIVE, RACIST OR INNAPROPRIATE!) If somebody is not following the rules or abusing ask them to stop but if they don't just report them and leave the server, and join another if you want to! If you want to play with a friend only buy a VIP server! You don't have to though. Thanks!
