[ALPHA] CSE (Classic Sonic Engine)

This is a Classic Sonic Game which is also a engine which is also currently in ALPHA, so things might be buggy. New Updates: Sonic and Tails are both animated sprite characters that can be played as. Test enemies removed. New rings and rings formula added. EHZ and CPZ have been removed. GUI fixed up. (Better sprite quality.) Two buttons have been added above the life counter. "Play as SONIC" and "Play as MILES" You will be able to play and test the game when the update is finished!
