Citadel of Loudness

here is a new thumbnail, ms paint so bad thumbnail, but you get the point since this is a bad citadel this was made before Citadel of Lethargy lol i'll just jokingly think Citadel of Lethargy is Citadel of Loudness II yep, buffed it again so it is truly Low-Mid intense (i realized it was like Low Challenging so i heavily buffed it by adding a 12.25 stud jump at the end of the citadel)
