The Ozark Forest (Early / Scrapped Build)

For years now, it's been said that something supernatural is lurking in the Ozark Forest. Some say it's a powerful beast, trapped in the forest long ago by the high-priests of the church. It stalks those who stay in the forest too long, then takes their souls and uses their skin to lure others inside. It is said as well that these priests wrote a prophecy after cursing the beast, the prophecy tells of a warrior who will destroy this demon and free all of the souls it took. This story has become a common campfire tale, but many still do believe it to be true after all these years.
