On your first vehicle, look in the BOTTOM LEFT to turn on the vehicle. On more expensive vehicles you will need to press S and F simultaneously. On some other cars, you need to hold N in order to start. Hold it for 5-10 seconds. If you can't do either, get out of the car and get back in.
