Federal County - Siren Testing Place

Update - 1/6/25 After most of the sirens in the county became unusable, newly-established North Shore Services partnered with officials from Federal County and neighboring counties to do a complete siren overhaul. There are now four county storm sirens, located at different locations around the county. Additionally, there is now a fire siren network. Finally, the old ASC Compulert activation system has been replaced by a brand new Federal Signal Commander installation, with consoles at both Station 1 and the Federal County EMA. Following this, the County purchased a new fire truck and now is unable to replace the broken Model L fire siren at Station 1 with the already purchased and acquired Federal Signal 130 siren. This will be dealt with eventually.
