Take a deep breath, folks. A Jollibee spokeswoman says the Roblox opening of the first Midwestern outpost of the Filipino fast-food restaurant has been delayed. She didn't provide an exact opening date, only saying that getting the restaurant open is taking a little more time than expected versus the June 1st opening target. It should happen later in the month, and the company should share a date next week.
