"Darius" is an under water colony - this is one of their towers. Two hotels, a casino... Erm... An observation deck, a control center, a small hanger (with escape pods that you can't use) Um... I forget the last one. No elevator yet! Just deal with the ladder for now. Addendum, 2020: I have no idea what I was thinking on this one. But there's an elevator now, at least?
