The Gas Test

1932, The Neu Millinarian army began testing chemical weapons, 18 soldiers, 2 of them officers. Were told to investigate a supposed enemy position. When they arrived, the gas was deployed purposely on them in order to see the effects of the experimental chemical. 7 days later a small detachment was sent to recover the bodies, 5 survivors were found, the bodies when examined were heavily discolored with yellow. The survivors were only able to survive due to the fact they found a secret stash of gas masks. They were afterwards given promotions.
