[Due to performance issues, the slums section of the ZC Imperial Capital has been moved to this place] The capital city of the Zenithian colonial empire has seen unprecedented prosperity, but the automated industrial sector beneath the great metropolis has become the crime capital of the Zenithar star system. Originally, the criminals were out of sight and out of mind, fighting each other more than the upper city. However, as time went on, one crime boss was able to unite the disparate groups against the decadent Zenithian government. Simply known as "Teezy", he has led his goons closer and closer to the inner city with each raid. The Basileus has ordered a full military response to suppress these criminals.
