[WIP] Ob el is k of extreme difficulty chart

this is inspired by multiple citadels, o be l i s k s, and great citadels heavily inspired off "Great Citadel of Custom, Impossible and Normal Difficulties", "Ob el is k of Endless Difficulty Am p l i f y i n g" and "Ob el is k of Impossible Difficulty Chart". This is still in development and will be finished soon. (very soon) When the game shuts down, there's a new update
