Tower of Random Obstacles: V1

The first version of ToRO. It was originally submitted to JToH for the forgotten ridge subrealm. It got a 1/10 on review. I wasn't happy with that score. So I decided to make another version of the tower, where most of the flaws that this version had would be fixed.
