This world is full of mystery. What side are you on?" -Young Blue Guard: The Blue Guard is an almost rouge police force. They operate on their own rules and time. Some decide to follow a leader and others are rouge. The Blue Guard is made up of mostly remnants of the military or law enforcement. Crime: The world is mainly run by many different crime groups. Some control entire sectors. Most of these leaders are the most powerful people on Earth. With law enforcement and the law gone they run rampant. The Shin: The Shin was the last standing government. They held almost the entire world. Most think they are gone, others say they still are around. Somewhere.
