neat collection

here you can play neats of mine (6/21/22 addendum) looking back at it i don't really like most of them that much (especially neac) i was going to go and to revamp/remove one or two of them at some point (so they don't use low jump for example) but i never got to it (and i don't know if i'll ever get to it) at least i had fun making them i suppose - it's just that i heavily regret making them now
