If you are caught several times not wearing uniform, you will be withdrawn from the school and demoted to enrollment. This can also be risk of suspension until further notice. If there is no teacher for a class, another staff member will fill in and teach the class. If there is no staff member in the server, chillax, study, or hangout with friends until one arrives!
