Epic's Rusty Places

If the portal to a place is rusty and a bit down to the ground, it will probably not update in a week. If a tower has no portal and you can see trough it, it's not existing yet, but will be planned to exist. If a portal is rusty but good and up, I will probably update it sometime soon. If a portal is down flat on the floor and the glue making the sign staying on the portal is not working, than it will update never again.
