Answer : When you go to Develop-Library-Audio-Then pick your audio, in your search bar you see numbers at the end just select those, then copy and paste them in the space provided, and hit the play button! Question : How to use decals related stuff. Answer : Go to Develop-Library-Decals then upload your decal, similar as sound id numbers will be here in the search bar if id doesn't work just subtract 1 from id until it works. Thanks for playing!
