The Iron Citadel, Eastern Ruthenia [WIP]

The Iron Citadel is located to the east of the city-state of Ruthenia, the northernmost province within the federation. It stands guard over the Great Eagle's Passing, the only land in Ruthenia capable of growing red bell, a herb used in many medicines. As such its protection is paramount. This iron-plated bastion has stood since before the formation of the federation it's walls have weathered a hail of snow, wind, lead, and most importantly, time.
