NPR Outpost Ascendancy (closed)

A Outpost soon to be the main base as well. All NPR units must report to the gate to guard if not assigned. They must also not spawn kill or kill Outsiders who are unarmed. All outsiders must be questioned at the gate entrance their reason for entering and their relations with the NPR. Only shoot upon them if they open fire upon a troop or trespass without being checked in.
