The event is scaled around Level 150B - 10T+ and has the new strongest gear in the game. There are plenty of weapons and armors in the event, along with a new badge armor and secret crafting. You can find the portal at spawn in the portal room. Bugs with the unknown realm and supreme tracker fixed, along with supreme tracker now tracking all supreme enemies aside from the grass monster.
