Dipolar disorder is a mental illness that brings severely high and low moods and changes in sleep, energy, thinking, and behavior. I've also been dealing with trauma and anxiety. Most of the time I'm angry, though; I have been building in Roblox studio, it has been helping me focus and concentrate. I love building, seriously! It's one of the few things that keep me genuinely happy. I highly appreciate it if you joined. (=
