Orange County: Unlimited Script Test

This game will contain all of the scripts needed for the game Progress: 30.25% Finished Car Spawning and Deleting mechanic, just gotta work on the cars itself, and then the weather and map. oh and btw i broke the test cars in the spawn mechanic. Whoops.
