Flex your Timezone

Basically when you join in game, the game gets your region via LocalizationService and then searches through an API to get the raw offset of your time zone which will then tell you the time. tl;dr: I made a clock which is basically the same as a clock irl and tells you the time. Due to some issues. If you are in the US, the clock will be set to GMT-04:00 by default because states exist. I'll try to add support in the future.
