Cloud Testing

For testing clouds. Just like I did with VideoFrames, I added boards to set the properties. Updates: - 1.0: Added two boards, one to change properties of the clouds and one to serve as a log of people who changed them. - 1.25: Fixed bug of seconds and minutes not displaying correctly (example: 7:03:01 PM -> 7:3:1 PM) (new: 7:3:1 PM -> 7:03:01 PM) - 1.3: Added 'toggle rain' button and color preview. Also added a board for displaying the default cloud properties. - 1.31: Added credits for the rain module by buildthomas. - 1.35: Added ability to change the time of day. (Day, Sunset, Night)
