Who, in addition to his mask, wears a black hooded robe, replicating which worn by plague doctors in 16th century. X-ray shows that SCP-049's mask, hood, and the shirt are the body parts of SCP-049. The behavior of SCP-049 is unpredictable, and although it doesn't seems to menacing, the physical appearance is far from inviting.
