The first slot contains melee's The second slot contains ranged weapons The third slot contains special weapons The fourth slot contains emotes (taunt your enemies!) (a fifth slot is available in the commands; it contains all the items that are normally unobtainable). Note: only the private server owner will have access to a private command bar.
