[PB] The Chamber of Diamond-Hennings

This chamber is the 6th version of all my concept ones I made. It serves the purpose of gathering PB community administrators to holding hearings, sessions, voting and many other events. All Supervisors+ and selected individuals are apart of the assembly. The public is welcome to observe the sessions. - First opening of this assembly is on the 25th of March, 2017. Situated in Manhattan, New York. Credits to: - halfdeadtom for Assembly seats - DPM for the Thumbnail - Ded_Red for the Scripting
