Hidden away from the rest of the world, Horizon was the main base of operations for UCR. Rules: 1) Preflooding IS allowed 2) Glitching is allowed with the exception of getting into the other team's spawn. (Especially useful if you get stuck inside of the walls at terminal) 3) Numbers are 8 v 10 or opens numbers. Private servers are available.
